After the study decided, from now on in the province to carry out the eleventhSelection of the "Henan Province Civil Engineering Science and Technology Award (Architectural Design/Architectural Scheme)"。"Henan Civil Construction Science and Technology Award" is one of the important honors in the field of civil construction engineering in Henan Province。The award aims to advocate the innovative spirit of the majority of civil and architectural design workers in the province, improve the level of civil and architectural engineering design, promote the prosperity and development of civil and architectural undertakings, and serve social and economic development. All units are invited to actively organize the application and recommendation of the award project。Relevant matters are explained as follows:
1. Selection scope
(1) Architectural Design awards are divided into three categories: special award, professional award and Technical award。
1.Special awards include: public buildings;Residential buildings;Industrial buildings;Rural architecture;Urban design;Garden landscape;Interior design。
2.Professional awards include: survey;Structure;Water supply and drainage;Hvac;Electrical engineering and other majors。
3.Technical awards include: Green ecological technology;Intelligent technology;Prefabricated technology;BIM technology;New material application technologyAnd other special technical projects。
(2) Selection scope of Architectural Scheme Award
The scope of the declared project is public buildings and civil buildings that have not been implemented (not completed) at the time of declarationArchitectural scheme。The architectural scheme design of the proposed project that has passed the examination of the construction drawings can also be declaredThe planning and design conditions shall be submitted to the planning management department。
2. Declaration requirements
(1) Eligibility for declaration

(2) Declaration materials
The participating projects shall submit application materials in accordance with the rules of Henan Province Civil Engineering Science and Technology Award (Architectural Design) Selection Method (see Annex 1 and Annex 2) and Henan Province Civil Engineering Science and Technology Award (Architectural Scheme Selection Method) (see Annex 3 and Annex 4)：One set of paper version, one copy of summary form, one copy of electronic data (electronic version can be sent to U disk or email)。
(3) Declaration time

3. Review work
